Fit and Fall Proof™ Class
Goal: Decrease the risk of falling by increasing your strength, flexibility and balance.  Classes are targeted to men and women 50 and better, free, and everyone is invited.  Class is held at the Driggs Community Center, Monday & Wednesday, 9am-10am.

Level IA back class (back classes must be taken in order)
Goal:  To instruct in basic body mechanics for functional mobility, ADL’s.  Clients will be able to understand pelvic/lumbar control and motion, coordination to maintain the correct position for their particular condition, and maintain this position with basic ADL’s simulated in class.  The client will be instructed in basic stabilization exercises for home use. 

Level IB back class
Goal:  To review Level IA class and instruction in begin gym exercises.   in basic body mechanics for functional mobility, ADL’s.  Clients will be able to understand pelvic/lumbar control and motion, coordination to maintain the correct position for their particular condition, and maintain this position with basic ADL’s simulated in class.  The client will be instructed in basic stabilization exercises for home use. 

Group training class
Goal: Training class for back patients primarily, but other patients with be allow depending of circumstance.  The class will promote confidence in holding the correct pelvic/lumbar  and cervical positions during activity.  The class will also focus on increasing the clients overall, flexibility,  strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. This is a ongoing weekly class.
