Christi Lundberg-Bleffert, Physical Therapist
Christi Lundberg-Bleffert, Physical Therapist
Christi attended the University of California, Davis, where she graduated with honors in 1991 with a degree in Exercise Physiology. She then attended Duke University( Durham, North Carolina) where she earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1993. After working for 2 years in various areas of PT ( acute care/trauma hospital and outpatient orthopedics), she decided to focus her PT career on Orthopedic Manual Therapy ( OMT). In 1995-96 she attended a year-long training course in OMT at Folsom Physical Therapy Clinic in Folsom, CA. She continued to work during this time at an occupational health clinic, and attend class at night and on weekends. After working in the San Francisco Bay Area (Fremont, CA) for 2 years, she moved to Driggs, Idaho, in 1998, and opened Eagle PT with her husband in July of 2000. Christi enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, golfing, and spending time with her 2 daughters - outdoors as much as possible, in beautiful Idaho and Wyoming.
Michael Bleffert, Physical Therapist

Michael attended the University of California, Davis, where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology. He then attended Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles, CA, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1994. After working for 2 years in adult neurological rehabilitation (traumatic brain injuries, stroke, spinal cord injury) , he decided to focus his PT career on Orthopedic Manual Therapy ( OMT). In 1995-96 he attended a year-long training course in OMT at Folsom Physical Therapy Clinic in Folsom, CA (http://folsomphysicaltherapy.com/long-term.html). He continued to work during this time at an occupational health clinic, and attend class at night and on weekends. After working in the San Francisco Bay Area (Fremont, CA) for 2 years, he moved to Driggs, Idaho, in 1998, and opened Eagle PT with his wife in July of 2000. Michael enjoys comedy, messing around with his 2 daughters, trying to coach soccer and a occasional hand crafted microbrew.
Jayne Chambers
Jayne Chambers
Billing/Collecting Jayne grew up in Wyoming and moved to Teton Valley, ID with her husband in 1993. Jayne and her husband have 2 daughters and she shares her passion of horses with them and others as a 4-H leader. Jayne has been assisting patients with their insurance questions and working in the billing/collecting department for Eagle for over 10 years.


Sarah Smith
PT-Aide / Front-desk 
Fit and Fall Proof™ class instructor

Sarah was born and raised in Teton Valley. She loves participating in outdoor activities, especially riding in the backcountry or floating down Teton river. Sarah earned an associate of science while playing basketball for a JUCO in eastern Wyoming, and then transferred to Boise State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis on general health science. Sarah is currently pursuing grad school options for physical therapy. 





Brandi VanSeters, LMT
Massage Therapist / PT-Aide / Front-desk

A recent addition to the Eagle team, Brandi is a licensed massage therapist and applies her skillset to patients in need of extra manual therapy to assist their healing process. Brandi enjoys knitting, outdoor sports including fishing and biking, and is pursuing a degree in Environmental Conservation.

Catherine Arentz
Front-desk / Fit and Fall Proof™ class instructor

Originally from the Bay Area, CA, Catherine moved to Teton Valley in 2010. Catherine has a background in health education. Catherine got to know the folks at Eagle while her husband was a patient. She is excited to join the team & work in such a friendly & wellness centered environment.
